UCON Estimating — End-User License Agreement

Effective date: October 17, 2026

UCON Estimating ("the App") is an internal software application owned and operated by UCON Contemporary Interiors ("UCON", "we"), 7965 Silverton Ave, Suite 1304, San Diego, CA 92126.

1. Who may use the App. The App is provided only to UCON employees and contractors authorized by UCON. It is not offered, sold or licensed to the public or to other companies.

2. Purpose. The App is used to prepare cost estimates and proposals for UCON customers and to send approved estimates to UCON's own QuickBooks Online company.

3. License. UCON grants authorized users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the App solely for UCON business. Users may not copy, resell, reverse engineer or share access to the App.

4. QuickBooks Online connection. The App connects only to QuickBooks Online companies owned by UCON. Access can be revoked at any time from QuickBooks Online (Apps → Connected apps → Disconnect) or by UCON's administrator.

5. Accounts and security. Users must keep their credentials confidential and notify UCON immediately of any unauthorized access.

6. No warranty. The App is provided "as is" for internal use. UCON is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from its use.

7. Termination. UCON may suspend or end any user's access at any time, including when employment or engagement ends.

8. Changes. UCON may update these terms; the effective date above will change accordingly.
